This notice describes how The Rain Estate handles information you provide through the public Contact page. It reflects current practice and may be refined before broader launch.
Contact inquiries
When you use the Estate Contact form, we collect the area of interest you select, your name, email address, optional phone number, and the brief description you provide. We use this information only to review and respond to your inquiry.
Storage and access
The website does not maintain an inquiry database. Delivered inquiries are sent by email to an Estate mailbox operated in Google Workspace. Access is limited to authorized Rain Estate operators.
Retention expectations for mailbox contents may be refined before launch. Operators are responsible for stewarding inquiry email outside the public website.
Delivery
Inquiry email is transmitted through Postmark’s transactional email service to the Estate destination mailbox. The website does not use contact submissions for marketing tags, tracking pixels, or analytics products.
What we do not collect on Contact
The Contact form does not collect IP addresses, user-agent strings, referral data, or tracking identifiers as part of the inquiry payload.
